2. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to deliver the service:

• Client business information: business name, Google Business Profile details, contact email, and billing information.
• Customer contact data (supplied by you): Names and phone numbers from your customer list, provided to us solely for the purpose of conducting outreach on your behalf. We do not permanently store customer contact information beyond the active campaign period.
• Dashboard usage data: Login activity, reply approvals, and campaign metrics. No tracking cookies beyond what is necessary for authentication.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the review outreach service on your behalf
• To draft and submit Google review replies for your approval
• To generate your monthly progress reports
• To process payments and manage your account
• To communicate service updates and campaign status

We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your customers' data with any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Customer list data

Customer contact data you provide us is used solely to conduct phone outreach on your behalf. We treat this data as confidential. Upon termination of your account, customer contact records are deleted from our active systems within 30 days. You remain the sole owner of your customer list at all times.

5. Data retention

We retain your business account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes. Campaign metrics and review records are retained for the duration of your account.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled databases, and role-based authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing letusmarkit@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
