Refund Policy

Our commitment

ReviewHero Pro is a done-for-you managed service. The moment you pay, our team begins real work: importing your customer list, configuring your campaign dashboard, calibrating your brand voice, and preparing your outreach strategy. Because this work begins immediately, our refund policy reflects the nature of a service business — not a software subscription.

Setup Fee — $500 (One-time)

The $500 Setup Fee is non-refundable once onboarding has commenced. Onboarding is considered commenced upon any of the following, whichever occurs first:

  • Receipt and initial processing of your customer list
  • Configuration of your private campaign dashboard
  • Brand voice calibration or onboarding call
  • Any written communication from our team beginning the setup process

In most cases, onboarding begins within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If you cancel before any onboarding activity has occurred — meaning before any of the above steps have taken place — you may request a full refund of the Setup Fee within 24 hours of payment by emailing letusmarkit@gmail.com.

Monthly Service Fee — $250/month

Monthly fees are billed at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable for the period in which they were charged. This is because our team's work for that month — outreach calls, reply drafting, campaign monitoring — begins immediately upon billing.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full dashboard access and service delivery through the end of that paid period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

To cancel, email letusmarkit@gmail.com with your business name and a written cancellation request. We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days.

Exceptions

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge or billing error on our part
  • Failure to deliver any onboarding activity within 14 business days of payment, with no communication explaining the delay

We do not issue refunds based on review growth expectations not being met, as results depend on factors outside our direct control (customer responsiveness, Google algorithms, market conditions).

Chargebacks

By purchasing the Service, you agree to contact us directly at letusmarkit@gmail.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issue within 5 business days. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination and may be disputed with documentation of services rendered.

How to request a refund

Email letusmarkit@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your business name, the date of payment, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.
