Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By signing up for ReviewHero Pro ("the Service"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form the entire agreement between you and ReviewHero Pro and supersede any prior communications.

2. What we do

ReviewHero Pro provides a done-for-you managed service that includes: (a) human telephone outreach to your existing customer list to request honest Google reviews, (b) drafting of professional replies to your Google reviews, and (c) campaign management and monthly reporting via your private dashboard. We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews or a specific star rating increase.

3. No guarantee of results

Results vary based on factors outside our control including your customer list quality, customer responsiveness, your existing Google rating, market conditions, and Google's own algorithms. We commit to delivering the agreed-upon service activities diligently, but we make no guarantee of any specific outcome, ranking, review count, or revenue lift.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You must provide a legitimate customer list of real past customers who gave you permission to contact them, or whose contact information you lawfully hold.
  • You represent that your business and the use of your customer list complies with applicable laws including TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
  • You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google Business Profile and for approving or rejecting review replies in a timely manner.
  • You must not use the Service to solicit fake, misleading, or incentivized reviews.

5. Fees and payment

The Service is offered at a one-time setup fee of $500 (the "Setup Fee") and a recurring monthly fee of $250 (the "Monthly Fee"), subject to change with 30 days' notice to active clients.

Monthly fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of your account.

All fees are stated in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by notifying us in writing at letusmarkit@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued. Upon cancellation, your dashboard access continues until the end of the paid period, after which it is deactivated.

7. Refunds

The Setup Fee of $500 is non-refundable once onboarding work has commenced, which is defined as any of the following: (a) receipt and processing of your customer list, (b) configuration of your campaign dashboard, (c) brand voice calibration, or (d) any communication from our team beginning the setup process. In most cases, onboarding begins within 24 hours of payment.

8. Intellectual property

All content, dashboards, processes, and systems created or operated by ReviewHero Pro remain the property of ReviewHero Pro. Review replies drafted by us and approved by you become your property for use on Google. Your customer list and business data remain your property at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewHero Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration rather than litigation.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
